Privacy Policy
Last updated July 6, 2026. This page explains what information Tercion collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.
Tercion Strategic Consulting, LLC (“Tercion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy describes the information we collect through tercion.com, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies to visitors of this website and to anyone who contacts us through it.
This policy is written in plain language rather than as a formal legal compliance certification. We don't claim adherence to any specific privacy framework or regulation beyond what is described here — if you have questions about how a particular law applies to your situation, please contact us directly.
Information We Collect
We collect information in a few limited ways:
- Information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, and the contents of any message you send us through a contact form, email, or phone call.
- Automatically collected information — standard technical data your browser sends to any website you visit, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed. This is collected at a basic infrastructure level (for example, by our hosting provider) for security and performance purposes.
- Cookie data — described in detail in the Cookies section below, and only collected for optional categories if you've given consent.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries, proposal requests, and capability statement requests
- Provide, operate, and improve this website
- Maintain the security and integrity of our systems
- Communicate with current or prospective clients, partners, and candidates
- Meet legitimate business, contracting, and recordkeeping needs
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use information you submit through this site for unrelated marketing purposes without your consent.
Contact Forms
When you submit a contact form or send us an email, the information you provide is delivered to the relevant Tercion mailbox so we can respond. We use that information only to address your inquiry and for related recordkeeping — not to add you to a marketing list or share it with unrelated third parties.
Analytics
We do not run analytics tracking on this site unless you opt in through the analytics cookie category described below. If we introduce an analytics tool in the future, it will only activate for visitors who have given consent, and this policy will be updated to describe it specifically.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies, grouped into four categories:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to function (for example, remembering your cookie preferences). These cannot be disabled.
- Functional — remember choices you make to provide a more personalized experience.
- Analytics — help us understand how the site is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it.
- Marketing — would support advertising measurement, if we ever use it. We do not currently run marketing or advertising cookies.
Only strictly necessary cookies are active by default. You can accept, decline, or customize the other categories at any time using the cookie banner shown on your first visit, or the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of every page.
Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of third-party service providers to operate this website and our business — for example, our web hosting and content delivery provider, and standard business email. These providers may process technical or contact information on our behalf, solely to provide their service to us, and are not authorized to use it for their own independent purposes.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information submitted through this site, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to business email and records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain business records, and meet any applicable legal or contractual obligations. If you'd like us to delete information you've previously sent us, contact us using the details below.
User Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information — for example, the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, or to withdraw cookie consent you've previously given. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address below and we will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
