Michael Hooper is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tercion Strategic Consulting, advising government and commercial organizations on cybersecurity strategy, strategic intelligence, and enterprise resilience.

A retired U.S. Army officer with more than two decades of executive leadership experience, he has led cybersecurity strategy and intelligence functions across military, federal government, and Fortune 50 enterprise environments — including enterprise-wide cyber risk and intelligence leadership for a global organization of nearly 100,000 users, and national cyber operations command within U.S. Army Cyber Command in support of strategic national objectives.
